Both founding partners are formally trained political scientists and have over a decade of experience in public policy, federal and state laws, regulations, and legislation. Both partners have consulted municipal governments on law, regulations, community initiatives, and public policy. AR+D's strategy for government-led initiatives stems from their experience in researching and understanding the interaction between policy, human behavior, science, economics, and how demographics all intersect with one another. A one size fits all approach does not work, and in-depth knowledge of our client's needs has led AR+D to success in this space.

When dealing with government entities, ARD adheres to strict protocols regarding meetings. Some of those protocols include agendas, minutes, meeting recaps, and accessibility accommodations for each meeting.
