Terms of use

Effective October 7, 2026. Asare Research & Development LLC operates asareresearch.com. These terms set the rules for using the site and its content. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who we are and what these terms cover

Asare Research & Development LLC ("AR+D", "we", "us") is a California limited liability company. We operate asareresearch.com.

These terms apply to the site and everything on it. That includes our articles, case studies, the Texas MPJE course and the Programmable Space white paper.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle information. It forms part of these terms.

Using the site

You may use the site to read and share information, for personal or professional purposes.

Do not copy the site in bulk with scrapers, crawlers or other automated tools. Ordinary search engine indexing is fine.

Do not interfere with the site or its hosting. Do not test its security without our permission, or try to reach parts of it that are not public.

Do not suggest that you are affiliated with AR+D, endorsed by us, or speaking for us unless that is true.

Content is informational, not advice

Our articles on public health, vaccines and medicines are for general information. They are not medical advice. Talk to a qualified health professional about your own health.

The Texas MPJE course is a study aid. It is not legal advice, and it does not guarantee any exam result. Statutes and rules change, and the course may not reflect the latest version. The official texts control.

Case studies describe past work. They are not a promise of the same results for anyone else.

We work to keep the content accurate. It may still contain errors or go out of date.

Intellectual property

AR+D owns the text, design and code of this site, including the articles, the Texas MPJE course and the Programmable Space white paper. They are protected by copyright.

The Programmable Space white paper is proprietary. Quoting, excerpting, reproducing, adapting, or distributing it, or using it to train models or build derivative work, requires AR+D's express written permission. We grant permission to quote in many cases; email info@asareresearch.com to ask. You may always refer to the paper by title and URL, and its page gives a citation format.

The Texas MPJE course, including its questions, explanations and arrangement, is likewise proprietary and may not be copied or republished without written consent. The statutes it quotes are public law.

You may quote short passages from our articles with credit to Asare Research & Development and a link to the source page. Full republication of an article requires written permission.

To request permission for any use, email info@asareresearch.com.

Client names and marks belong to their owners. Naming a client describes our work. It does not mean the client endorses this site.

Third-party sites and the Restspace venture

The site links to other sites, such as client sites and the sources we cite. We do not control them. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Restspace (AR+D venture) is a separate venture founded by AR+D. It has its own website at restspace.us, with its own terms and privacy policy. This site only describes it.

Your use of Restspace is governed by its terms, not these.

Contacting us

The contact form does not send anything by itself. It opens your own email app with a pre-filled message. You decide whether to send it.

We handle anything you send us under our privacy policy.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information until we have agreed to work together. Sending us a message does not create a client relationship or a duty of confidentiality.

Engagements are governed by separate agreements

Nothing on this site is an offer to provide services. Descriptions of our work and methods are for information only.

We provide services only under a written agreement between AR+D and the client. That agreement governs the work, not these terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available".

To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

We do not promise that the site will be error-free, secure or always available.

When we learn of an error, we correct it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent California law allows, AR+D is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. This includes lost profits, lost data and business interruption.

Our total liability for all claims related to the site is limited to $100.

These limits apply whatever the legal theory. They apply even if we were told such damages were possible.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits. Where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law permits.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top.

If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

Governing law and disputes

California law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute about the site or these terms will be heard in the state or federal courts in Sacramento County, California. You and AR+D agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
