We work with independent K-12 schools across California and with colleges and universities nationwide. The work runs from curriculum and course design to adaptive testing and equity-centered institutional strategy. For a school of pharmacy, we built one MPJE licensure module format and filled it in state by state.

We design courses from learning objectives outward, with scope and sequence, lesson materials, and aligned assessments faculty can teach from.

We develop continuing education and licensure-prep courses for professionals, built on a shared module format with scored assessments.
Computerized Adaptive Testing (CAT)
We design adaptive tests that choose each question from a student's prior answers, covering item bank development, calibration, and scoring logic.
Strategic Educational Planning
We lead strategic planning with trustees, leaders, and faculty, producing a strategic plan with priorities, owners, and measures to track.
WASC Accreditation Support
We support WASC self-study and team visits, organizing evidence, helping draft reports, and tracking action-plan progress between reviews.
Diversity & Equity Facilitation
We facilitate structured sessions on equity for faculty, staff, and students, followed by a written summary of themes and recommended next steps.
Social-Emotional Learning Programs
We design social-emotional learning programs matched to each grade level, with lesson sequences, staff guidance, and measures to track student growth.
Grant Management & Development
We find funding opportunities, write and assemble proposals, and manage awarded grants through budgets, reporting, and funder compliance.
Enrollment Management Strategy
We pair inquiry, application, and yield data with research on prospective students and families to set enrollment and recruitment targets.
