Overview

AR+D works with California state and municipal agencies in ongoing engagements. We prepare policy research, land use analysis, and strategic plans. We design and run community outreach campaigns. We support agency staff as the work is carried out.

The problem

Agencies must design and run programs with limited resources. Each program answers to many stakeholders. Agencies need partners who understand both the policy and the daily work of carrying it out.

What we did

We worked as strategic advisors embedded with agency teams. Policy analysis came first. We paired it with implementation support and community outreach design.
