Overview
The CDC-funded California Cancer Coalition connects organizations across cancer advocacy, prevention, early detection, treatment support, and survivorship. The coalition needed one platform where that statewide network could share resources and events. AR+D designed and built it.
The problem
Cancer organizations across California had no shared place to find resources or each other. Groups working in prevention, advocacy, survivorship, and treatment worked separately. There was no shared resource library and no platform for community connection.
What we did
We designed a searchable resource library, a community event platform, and a member submission system. Grassroots organizations can add resources and events themselves, without technical help.

- Resource hub with searchable library across advocacy, prevention, survivorship, and treatment
- Community event platform connecting cancer awareness activities statewide
- Document library and resource-sharing system for coalition members
- Submission tools that let grassroots organizations add their own resources
